Changing to 30 day plan from 120, but won't let me choose Data

Trying to change plan from 120 to 30 days. When I click on a Data plan opton, the selector remains on 'No Data', but the price changes.  The plan details section does not say anything about any Data, just the other options I selected.  The price changing seems to indicate it is 'seeing' my selection, but I am afraid to change the plan and have my data cut off on renewal date!

@jamierharms try clearing your cache, using a different web browser, or moving to incognito or invisible mode.  

 

How far away is your renewal date?  If you're going to future date your plan change, you can do it safely, and see what happens before the change is implimented (assuming it is more than a day or two away).

 

If you're doing an immediate change, trying my first option is best - make sure you select all the options you require - if they don't change selection, you'll need to contact the @CS_Agent via private message.
