Hey, I requested a change of subscription plan to 39/month (20gb) and I cant to see anywhere if It got accepted. It showd it will be changed on my next month. But of I want to check it it keeps loading
And now I got a message :

I can't seem to get it changed to the promotion 39/month. Have been trying for over 3 days

@Matejryba91 With the new system I've heard of some difficulties changing plans. Some people have tried to change at renewal and have had it occur right away. If you're having difficulty I'd suggest contacting the CS Agent and have them change it for you.

@Matejryba91 , I would wait! Some have set it for plan change to be scheduled on renewal but instead it charged them & it switched to that plan right away! Not good! A glitch in the system right now that they’re working on! Make sure you also haven’t gotten charged!
When does your current subscription expire?
