I am not sure but contact a CS_Agent by clicking on the Chat bubble and type in Submit a Ticket or Contact Agent and explain your situation.

Open a ticket and ask agent to switch your rewards.
But if you use just one byte of 1GB add-on do not expect any credits...

We're not sure what the rules are about cashing in rewards and if an error is made. As long as you report it right away, I don't see there being an issue. Please come back and let us know if CS Agent was able to resolve this.
