I signed up July 21. I orderd a sim card because it says my phone is not esim compatible. I have sent multiple tickets, and have gotten no answers. My phone isn't working. Because its not working, i can't phone anyone to get this PROBLEM fixed.

I assume you now have the SIM card in your possession? You've placed the SIM card in your phone now? And finally, you have to use the Public Mobile App to sign up. Have you done that?

Did you receive the SIM card, you need to use the app after receiving the SIM card to activate the service
is it a new number or ported from another provider?
If you can’t activate the service send a private message to CSA so they can look into it
