How can I switch to the following CAN-US-MEX plan: https://publicmobile.ca/plana9wzhuxpwpm?
I am logged into my account, and although the chatbot confirms this plan is available, it is not one of the plans listed for me to select.

Thanks for this suggestion. Unfortunately, it's a work around and not the customer friendly solution I was hoping for. After being with Public Mobile for 9 months, I have no issues with their service, but I realize I don't need more than 10Gb of data per month, and would prefer to downgrade from my 75Gb plan. Unfortunately is seems like Public is not interested in keeping my business, and the optimal solution is a provider switch.

I was told that you cannot downgrade your plan. However, there seems to be a way around it. If you downgrade to the 4G plan on your renewal date, you can use it for a month or right away, upgrade to the plan you want. You might lose $30 or you could talk to an agent to see if they will credit you since you didn’t use it.

Open the app on the phone, seems to be better for some reason. Go to Change Subscription and see what's there. Sadly only the ones on that list are available to you. If you desperately want to stay with Public Mobile and want a cheaper CanUSMex plan, you'd have to port out and port back in and require a new eSIM or SIM card to come back.

hi, that means you cannot switch to that plan. You are only able to switch to subscriptions that you see once you log into My Account.
