Changing plan on the first day of activation

Hello just joined PM on a new number. 

I just activated a $39/20GB line this morning but saw there's actually $40/50GB available. If I make the change TODAY, will I be billed twice?

HI @HWMHK 

you have two choices to make change

Change now: Not a good choice, you will get charged twice.  PM will charge you again and start the new cycle on the new plan.  

Change on Renewal: better choice. You schedule the change at the end of the current cycle.  So, it means this cycle, you will be still only the 20GB plan and 30 days later, you will start the 50GB plan. But you won't get charged twice with this

Yes, you will. better to change to a new plan and select "change on next renewal date".

Or you can ask a CS Agent first at the link below to see if they can change for you.
