My credit card expires in 1 week but I cannot update the payment method. Tells me there is a problem. I do not want to lose service so what do I do?

Thanks. Tried incognito but no difference. Substituted another credit card and it worked. Go figure. Might be the inital card.

Try using Incognito mode on your browser. It worked for me and it might work for you too.

@Bill131 you may have tried to many times give it a bit and try again from another device , Lap top or computer if possible .

But if still does not work, please open ticket with support
Worst case, remember you can add voucher to My Account until the card is updated. Get the vouchers from SDM/711/London Drug/Shell and load the voucher using *611
