Hi,
I just subscribed to the 40GB 5G plan on Nov 25th and paid. And Was just wondering if I can change my plan and just pay the difference?

Hi @Yossy107,
Public Mobile is a pre-paid service so you have essentially paid for 30 to 90 days of phone service based on your selected plan. If you choose to switch your plan with the effective date being "Now", you will lose the money from the previous plan you paid for.
To overcome this issue, you can choose the option "Change at Renewal". This will allow your existing plan to reach maturity and the new plan will kick on on the 1st day of the next billing cycle 🙂

if you opted to Change on Renewal...you pay when regular renewal occurs. If you opted to Change Now...well..you pay now for new plan...with no refunds or pro-rating of old plan.
