Hi there,
I was re-activating my account since I have been on vacation for the last 2 months, I chose the 90 day, unlimited provincial talk and unlimited text with 6GB at 4G LTE speed ($135). Since it wouldn't let me pressthe change on next renewal date button, I pressed the Top up button next to it. It auomtically charged me $135 which is the cost of the new plan, but once the transaction went through it only deducted $42 from the $135 which was the old plan's price that I no longer want. Can this be fixed? Also, am I doing this incorrectly? Is there no way to re-activate your account on a plan other than your old one?
Thanks,
Chi-wai

@chiwai831, just to add to this once a plan is suspended only a Moderator can change the plan and that is why you were unable to do it yourself. As stated you will need to contact moderator.
- PM Phone Number
- 4 digit PIN (if you don't remember this then they will need at least 3 of the following to verify your identity)
- account number
- date of birth
- complete address listed on account with postal code
- email address on account
- most commonly called numbers
- alternate number listed on the account
- last payment date and amount
- last 4 digits of the credit card
- Detailed explanation
