@NM_1366, we have had a few very similar posts in the last few days (I myself have scheduled to change to this plan on my next renewal). A work-around that has worked for a few other customers was for them to select the cheapest available plan which I believe was a $30 Canada only plan. They selected "Change now" which means they will get billed immediately at the new $30 price and will forfeit any remaining days left on their current subscription but within 24hrs or less they were then able to see the $35 Canada-US-Mex plan and then select it with "Change on renewal" so that they will lock in the offer for when the plan is due to reset so that they do not forfeit any additional already paid days. I don't work for Public Mobile so I can't guarantee this will work for everyone but it's something to think about if you really want this plan
Here was the post from yesterday if you want to read through it...

I have a CA-wide plan, and when I want to change it to US & MX, I only see a $45 and $55 plan! I see cheaper plans as well, but they are only for CA.
Public Mobile only let's us change to the available plans that are in your account...not everyone sees the same plans available. You might get Customer Support to help by clicking the orange bubble on bottom right side of the page...let them know what you want. Let them know your acct #, ph #, name on acct, and PM pin #.

existing customer can only take new plan available in your accounts plan menu...not all plans are available to us all.

@NM_1366 what plan are you currently on? There is a potential work around but we need to know if you are currently seeing an option for a cheaper plan, like $30?
