My eSIM got deactivated after getting my phone fixed and they did a reset. I can’t get into my eSIM & I end up buying a SIM card to avoid the problems with eSIM. I can’t get into anything without my phone number & I’m not getting a reply from the company. Anything helps.

@Shania1 If you can log onto your account you can som card swap it yourself in profile page
SIM SWAPPING profile tabs
Note only do this on lap top or computer/ not mobile device

hi @Shania1 can you login My Account using email to receive 2FA? click dodnt receive code and check if email is the option
if not, you really need agent to help. Message them agajn

@Shania1 Best to submit ticket with support and get them to SIM card swap the number for you then you will get the code sent to your new sim card to log into your account
