Changing Phone Number

I signed up trying to port a my phone # over. It won't working properly, and I threw out the old SIM card so I am unable to do so. I tried changing my # a few times now in self-serve and it just keeps failing.

@KylaW , did you try calling the port team and tell them you will terminate the port request and see if they can help to reassign you a number? (you should hve the porting team number already)

 

If they can't help with that you, you will have to open a ticket with mod:
