Changing Old Account email address, which I no longer have access to (and can't even remember)

When I follow these instructions:

  1. elect 'Forgot Email': Find this option on the login screen
  2. Verify your identity: Prove that you're the authenticated account owner by choosing to perform a One-Time Password (OTP) verification using your registered phone number
  3. View your partial email address: After confirming your identity, you'll be able to see a partially hidden version of your email address. An email will also be sent to your registered email address.

To verify my identity, when I enter my phone number, it ONLY sends a link to the email  account which I don't remember or have access to to. It doesn't show me any part of that old email. So, I can't do anything!

I'm simply trying to update my account email address. I've been a customerfor many years.
