When I follow these instructions:
To verify my identity, when I enter my phone number, it ONLY sends a link to the email account which I don't remember or have access to to. It doesn't show me any part of that old email. So, I can't do anything!
I'm simply trying to update my account email address. I've been a customerfor many years.
