Trying to log into my sons account but don’t remember what email address I used to set it up: he’s outside of Canada at the moment and I need to add minutes on his phone but I can’t log in. Also can’t send a code to his phone

Unless things have changed, previously, PM customers are still able to receive texts while traveling in the USA without any extra US add ons. Other services won't work (ie. texting out, calling, data) without roaming add on. If he knows his own PIN number and credit card on file, he can also purchase USA add ons by dialing 611 on his phone.

The only real option is for him to log into the forum himself and contact a customer service agent. They will not assist you because it's his account.

Where is your son? If USA, you should be able to receive text code.
You could check your various email accounts to see whether you received the PM activation welcome email to that email address.
Otherwise, you will need to contact CSA, but CSA will need to confirm ownership of account

Hello.
Depending where he is, public mobile only works in Canada the US and Mexico. You can only buy US addon minutes/data. There are no Mexico addons. If he's outside one of these countries, his phone will not work at all.
