@Tunde1   As noted, that plan is for new activations only so you won't be able to get it but regarding for Quebec residents only, that is in the offer details and each item in the offer details only applies if there is a matching symbol or number on the advertised plan.  So if there is a + sign next to an item, it doesn't apply unless there is also a + sign on the plan.

Some 'particular' province has its own plans for whatever reason.

If it says 'for this-and-that province' you CANNOT have it if you are not there. And do not waste time opening a ticket as agent will not be able to give you Quebec Plan.

Hey @Tunde1 

I think you answered your own question. If the plan said, FOR QUEBEC ONLY...  I'm no mathematician but I think Saskatchewan is a bit farther than Quebec.

It states right there. For new customers only. If you have a higher plan right now, I doubt they will lower your price point for you. If your plan is lower, they'd gladly upgrade you.

If you wish to ask a CS Agent, it never hurts. Let us know what plan you're on and if they allowed the switch.
