Some smart watches accept physical SIM cards. If compatiblie, those devices will work at Public Mobile.

Unfortunately PM doesn’t support Apple Watch at this time.

Sadly Apple Watches can't be added at this time. Trust me, I would LOVE mine set up. Ugh. Sadly the only real option is to set it on bluetooth to the phone as long as you have data.
