Changed subscriptions isn't updating on phone

I have a Xiaomi Pocophone F1. I used to be on the $30/month subscription with 3GB of data and recently updated to the one with 15GB for the same price. Payment went through, on my account and on the app it says that I have the updated subscription, but my phone is still slower than it should be and it still only lets me have 3GB of data max. What's going on?

hi @lilacsinbloom 

i don't think your Xiaomi Pocophone F1 has the proper 4G LTE bands for PM.  i think it is still using 3G to download.  

so, it is a matter of incompatibility with 4G, you might need to change your phone

@lilacsinbloom  You don’t happen to have a data limit set on your phone do you ? 

Log in again but incognito mode / private mode or try the app instead of browser of even with different device most likely a cache issue and check again . If it’s still not correct
