Hi there.
I paid for a change in plan yesterday and the account is still showing the old plan. First time I changed it, it said payment unsuccessful and did it again. Now I have 2 charges on credit card and now have a credit on my account. Very confusing😕

@Amparo , the online account has issues with displaying cached information unless incognito mode is used when accessing the site. Please try logging in using incognito mode to see if your plan change has been confirmed.
