Changed my number can't receive calls

As the post says changed my number can't get calls... I have waited 3 days .. and still nothing reset phone and stuff ect can I get a mods help

Says 6 UV 1 number u calling is not in service but it still comes up with my name

Yes I picked out a new number just like when I went to the store I never ported

@Csrf071990  please clarify did you get assigned a new number or did you port in an old number from an active cell or land-line?

 

If you ported does your old sim work?

I actually changed it in the user Pannel my ex was harassing me I had to change it

@Csrf071990, I assume when you say change number, you mean number port.  If so, it's likely the port of stuck. Do you have any service at all? Outgoing calls or sms? Like the others said, if you're porting from koodo prepaid, you need a mods help.

Yeah, Koodo prepaid plans won’t port over properly, you have to get a Moderators help. And did someone say Presidents Choice Mobile had that problem as well?
