I'm moving away from gmail, so I changed my email address to my new Proton Mail address. I guess something got interrupted in the confirmation process, because after I entered the confirmation code that arrived in my Proton Mail account, the page failed to finish loading completely, and now when I log in, I cannot access my account page. Also, I cannot log in with my new email address, I still have to use my gmail address to log in, so it seems that something broke halfway through the transition.

try using browser with Incognito mode to login your first account
also, try PM app, but if you have app installed earlier, uninstall and reinstall first

Well, my "My Account" is fixed now after a password reset.
I just changed over my Community account to match emails, and now I'm locked out of that too, so I had to make a new one here. Oh well, not too worried about that!

4th time was in fact, a charm. They just had to manually reset my password and I was able to log in with my new email.

hi @jtennyuk
but your phone service working? just unable to login ?
for account issue, you really have to work with PM support agent. Ask the agent to escalate

You will need PM to help. Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:

CS_Agent will reply to your community inbox, check here: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage
