Thanks for all your replies. I am on $34 5g Canada only plan. So it’s the same price. Not sure if they can do it for me. But I have a problem contacting an agent. Keeps giving me webpage errors. 😡

if you're upgrading to that plan ..they might allow it (if you currently have the $15 or $25 plan) but if you're downgrading, I doubt if they'd agree to it.

What is your present plan? If it is $34/30 days and less, customer service agents may be able to upgrade your plan to this promo plan. No guarantees. Some customers have been switched, while others have been declined.
However, if your plan is more expensive than $34/30days, your request will likely be declined.
