How can I change my monthly plan $29 to the previous $19 plan?

@Jingbinzh  Unfortunately if you don’t see it in your account to change to you won’t be able to have that plan despite what you see on the website . Existing customers can only changed to the targeted offers we see in our accounts to change too , it’s also advised when changing plans to use the change in renewal option and not immediately so you don’t lose $ on your current cycle as public mobile is pre paid and no refunds or pro rating for unused time

Sadly, @Jingbinzh you can't. Once you've changed, that plan is no longer available to you nor is it available now. Best you can do is go into your app, change subscription, choose the lowest priced plan that works for you and have it changed for Renewal. Then, next time it renews, check the app again and see what lower plans are there and see if that works for you.
