I choose the option in Public Mobile and I dont active my sim. Now I want to change from 34$/month to 40$/month. Could you tell me, can I?

If I understand correctly, you signed up for Public Mobile. You chose the $34 plan but now want the $40 plan instead and the SIM card is being sent out to you? If that is correct, you can change to this plan on the app via Subscriptions option in the plus circle bottom left corner. However, because you somewhat already paid for the $34 plan, there are two options it will give you. Now or at Renewal Date. Pick Renewal date and it will switch in 30 days. Easy as pie. Just note that if you ordered a SIM card from Public Mobile it can take up to 3 weeks to get it in the mail.

so, you are waiting for the sim to come and not fully activated yet?
you can submit a ticket wtih CS agent and discuss your option, no guarantee but there is a chance you can still make a plan change with their help:

You can change plans – it’s always best to select the change for your next renewal so you do not forfeit what has been paid for your recent plan.
This place offers no refunds for partial cycles, nor prorates services.
if you have just activated and want to switch to a different plan, maybe the customer support agents will agree to do that.
