I choose the option in Public Mobile and I dont active my sim. Now I want to change from 34$/month to 40$/month. Could you tell me, can I? 
Hi, I still not receive my SIM card over 10 business days via mail but cannot get help with chat and I don’t know how to contact customer support agent direct. Please help me what to do because I need my SIM card to use right now.
