Hi @sulaiman

because who is using that line getting a SMS text from public mobile the sending to all customer about new plan if reply yes is will be changed to that new a higher price,

but you can change back to lower plan

use browser from computer/ open inPrivate mode,To Login Page

and go to Plan & Add-ons, and scroll the plans using the down and up arrows on the far right. select the plan you want, and select ‘Change plan now’ then you pay full price plan, or ‘Change plan on renewal date’..to you not losing any money..

Two ways to reach customer support agent here: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/contact-an-agent

maybe they can issue some credit to your account for this accident.

@sulaiman   Please ask your daughter to check the text on the phone,

PM has sent out promotion text about it's $40 plan.  All people have to do is to reply YES to schedule a plan change.  Your daughter could have replied YES.  Check the text history to confirm

[Add]: It could be no fault of anyone. Phones these days are smart enough to pre-populate replies.  Sometimes, the fat fingers touched it by accident and a YES was sent out.
