I am a little confused that 20gig plans cost less then 15 gig plans.
I'm sure I'm missing something. I'm fine with getting the $60 plan but I just can't see the difference between the 20 gig 4G and 15 gig 4G thanks

Public Mobile has those plans on promotion right now, but they like to mess with people so they concurrently keep the regular priced plans with less data also available. Just take the promo plan and start the car.

the plans page is now all screwed. The PM page shows a lot less plans than they offer on activation or plan change. Why?

Hi @Vince666
use browser from computer, and clear cache/cookies/ open inPrivate mode,
To Login Page
and go to Plan & Add-ons, and scroll the plans using the down and up arrows on the far right. select the plan you want, and select ‘Change plan now’ then you pay full price plan, or ‘Change plan on renewal date’..to you not losing any money..

This is what I can see, $40 for the 15GB and $45 for the 20GB. Use the yellow arrows on the right (if on desktop) or the similar arrows on a mobile device to scroll through available plans.
And BE SURE to change on next renewal to avoid loss of remaining value of current plan as they won't prorate or refund partial cycles.

The small arrows have to be clicked on to see or select the next plan.

I am changing plans to a 4G. Earlier today I was able to see several plans in the 4G category now I only see 2. I want the 4G 20 gig plan but it isn't an option anymore

Are you activating here, or looking to change plans?
Make sure to SCREENSHOT if you're changing plans and you 'see' the plan you desire on the Plan Change screens. A little screenshot can go a long way toward some goodwill by Customer Support Agents.
