Moderators don't need to be contacted to change a plan. This is waste of customer and moderator time.

Submit a ticket to a moderator. It may take a few hours but it's better than overpaying for your phone bill with the other major competitors! Mods will take good care of you

There's also the matter of needing to pay more because anything paid for the plan that is left behind will be lost as well. In additional, the full amount of the new plan will have to be paid immediately as well.

Do you want to upgrade your plan or renew the same plan your on?
If you want to renew the same plan you'll have to submit a ticket to @CS_Agent .

Use as few words as possible to allow the BOT to understand. Answer his questions until you get here:

Simply go to your account and change the plan no matter at what time cycle you are: The rest from your last payment will be credited to you
