I can make phone calls but can't receive calls. Texts don't work at all. My account is still active with bell. The port only went half way through. I have tried submitting a ticket but it won't let me hit the submit button.
What do I do now? Is there not someone to talk to?

Call your old company and make sure it’s all cancelled

It asked me for several things for verification and said I should only pick 3. I had included everything and it wouldn't let me hit submit. When I took out the excess, the submit button was available.

You have to submit account person's name, phone number and one of account number, PIN, and, IMEI number.
Yes you can submit using all but it won't help. It doesn't block you from hitting submit.

To check if the ticket was submitted in SIMon, go into your privatte messaging box. In the outbox, there will be an outgoing message shown going to Moderator_Team with the ticket details if it did go through.

That was the first page I had. Then it asks for all the info.

@Rednuk if you haven't seen this page it is not working for you. I got here on my 2nd try. First gave me a 404 error.

If you haven't yet, try chrome in incognito mode. Maybe there is something wrong with Simon?

I'm not sure how @CS_Agent handles these messages. It's the old way before Simon could create tickets.
Let me know if it works and how long it takes.

You can open a ticket with this issue using SIMon, our virtual assistant, by pressing here:
https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help
After the ticket is submitted in our system, one of the Moderators wiull contact you in order to solve this issue.
