I recently suspended my public mobile plan (less than 90 days) and would like to reactivate it with the following changes. I would like to change the plan type and transfer my number from a kudo plan that i have. Can i still use my public mobile sim card that i had from my previous plan/number? thanks for your help!

OP should be able to load up funds manually via the self service account. Don't necessarily need to use 611 or buy payment vouchers.
From my understanding, OP just wants to re-activate his PM account and then port over Koodo account to the original PM account. No need to purchase a new SIM card or activate a new PM account.

Is your Koodo account prepaid or postpaid? If prepaid, you will need to contact customer service agent to complete port.

To restore service on your old account/number. You need to make a manual payment by dialing 611 or call 1-855-4PUBLIC on that phone and pay with the CC on file or with vouchers. Login to your account and enable Subscribe (AutoPay) for future payments.
Vouchers can be purchased from 7-11, Canadian Tire gas stations, London Drugs, Canadian Superstore, Shell, Shoppers Drugmart, Safeway or Staples.
To port your second number from Koodo, you need to logout of the app on your phone then purchase a new SIM and subscribe for a new subscription. Your phone should have a dual SIM tray or you will need to re-re the SIM…hassle. Remember only 1 account/1 email so you need another email to open the second account. You can use the same password.
Or use another phone for the second account and download the PM app and subscribe.

sure you can. Just Resume your Public Mobile service, then initiate a port of your Kodo number to your Public Mobile account. You can only change your Public Mobile plan to one that's available when you look in your own account as not all plan are available to everyone.
ed...forgot to mention; don't self cancel your Kodo account. It must be active and in good standing in order to port away. Once ported successfully to Public Mobile, your old account will just deactivate automatically.
