@VG2018, if you were unable to complete a plan change before the auto renew took place, you can try contacting the moderator team and see if they can do something for you. Generally speaking, this is a prepaid service and what is purchased is not refunded. The moderator team can be reached via private message using this link. I believe you'll have to contact a moderator to solve this issue. You would've had to change plans before the auto-renewal date to my knowledge.
