I've had service for 2 plus months and my data has never worked unable to receive or send texts unless I have wifi access. Please help

This sounds like an APN issue which affects data and MMS. Create a new APN with the following settings.
Name: Public Mobile
APN: sp.mb.com
Proxy: Leave blank
Port: Leave blank
Username: Leave blank
Password: Leave blank
Server: Leave blank
MMSC: http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc
MMSC proxy: 74.49.0.18
MMS port: 80
MCC: 302
MNC: 220
Authentication type: Leave blank
APN type: default,supl,mms

@ShyDom sorry I'm a bit confused--you can't send or receive texts, or your data doesn't work? Those are two different things, unless by texts you mean MMS messages that are group chats or have images etc attached. Could you please clarify what features your plan has, and what works and what doesn't? Thank you!
