I am trying to change from and Iphone (13Pro) to Android but I can't login to my account on the app or a computer because I can't receive any text on the iPhone when it ask for the OTP code. I get a code via email first but then sends & asks for the text code also.
My plan is talk & text only, no data. I am on Wifi.

Did you try rebooting your phone by powering off then back on? See if that worked.

@Marcd46 Is this with an esim or physical sim? Are you a new customer since you have a no data plan? With a physical sim you should just be able to take it out of the iPhone and put it in the Android but if you still need to log in you will need to contact customer service as already noted.

you need PM to help. Since you cannot login, you cannot open ticket using Chatbot. Just message PM here
