my usage plan used to be 40$ plus 4.5 gb of data every month. Last month in may I changed it to 50$ Plus 10gb of data a month. My monthly payment was today and still I haven’t seen any changes or not know.

Hi @NehemiahBennett did you see it renewed with the old plan already? is the Overview page showing your amount due date is July 12?
Just wondering if the renewal date is tomorrow.

when making plan changes one needs make a manual payment and load the account with the total amount the new plan costs. your account most likely failed to renew because of that reason

If you scheduled a change plan on next renewal to the $50/10.5gb plan and today was the pay before date then your new plan should appear on your overview page and the account status should be "active". Check your payment history for the 30 DAY PLAN.....$10 and 10.5GB AT 3G SPEED.....$40 plan charges with today's date. Log out and reboot your phone.
However your overview page may list your status as "expired" and/or "suspended" due to a common glitch when upgrading your plan and relying on autopay. Your available funds would likely have a $40 balance....the cost of your old plan. If this is the case go to the payment page and choose "other amount" and enter the difference between your available funds and the new plan amount ($10?). Confirm and submit the payment. Your new plan should automatically reactivate. Log out and reboot.
If the manual top up payment does not automatically reactivate your plan but instead just adds to your available funds ($50) then force your payment thru by going to the plans or usage page. Click on lost/stolen. Suspend your service. Log out/in. Resume your service. Your plan should automatically reactivate. Log out and reboot.

Did you change immediately or at next renewal date? What does your self serve show for the next renewal date?

@NehemiahBennett Hi are you saying your payment is due today? If so you won’t see your plan change until tomorrow morning

You should be able to see the plan that you're on the overview page. Or figure it out from the payment history page.
Are your services working? If not then maybe autopay failed due to the plan change. Does it show suspended up top?
