I hope you are having a great day. I am actually a public mobile member and I was trying to change my credit info but I couldn't change it as I forgot my password and security number.
I've been waiting a customer service member on the chat but I am getting sick of waiting.
I need to modify my credit card number to pay before May 13 when I pay automatically it.
I need your help asap to make it done.

@minjungkang hi you can buy a voucher to pay for your plan if you are in a hurry moderators can take a few days to respond check for a response in the little envelope top right of your screen

Just keep checking your envelope for a moderator's response.
