Inolo ger have access to the email address used to set up My Account. How can I change it?

You can still login with your old email but have the 2FA code sent by SMS text to access your account if your account is Active.
If not, purchase a voucher to active your account then have the code sent by text but only a CS_Agent can help you change your email.

You need to contact customer support to change the login email address for self-serve. You can do that below, it's recommended you use the first option.
You should also change the email address in your community account to match that one. You do that by tapping your avatar upper right, choose my settings, and change it there.
To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:
Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.

@margaretboylen While you still will be able to login using the old email but you need to contact customer support via chatbot and ask them to change the email address for your self serve account by submitting a ticket here: https://www.publicmobile.ca/get-help
