Just went through this with a friend. I had set up her account and used the wrong .com vs .ca at the end of her email. mod team is fantastic and fixed this quickly!

@Pencil_Pusher Click the chatbot bubble bottom right of your screen and follow prompts or send a private message to Moderator_Team by clicking on the envelope icon top right of your screen next to your avatar. Response time to hear back can take upto a day or although it's usually a couple of hours or less.

For the Community account you can find it in the My settings under your avatar.
For the self-serve you'll need to contact the moderators.
Edit: keep in mind that both places will need the same email address if you wish to get any community reward.
