I lost my old sim . How can I change to new SIM card . They are tell me I can’t on self serve option

@Mobelease16 not sure if you have a new SIM yet, if you don't, you need to get one. But don't buy it from PM site as it might take 3 weeks for delivery. Check local kiosks or Amazon if you have Prime membership.
