during the activation process here (which you need to do on the Public Mobile app after attaining a SIM card from here or an e-SIM), you’ll need your account number from your Bell service.
Make sure to keep your Bell service active and you will get the port authorization request from them to approve the transfer.
Reply yes to that within 90 minutes then take out the Bell Sim card and put in your Public Mobile SIM card.
