Hi there, I’m having trouble transferring my cellular network from an iPhone 11 to a new iPhone 17 I go through the automatic process and it says contact Public Mobile however there is nobody to contact at Public Mobile. I went to three different kiosks. They all said we have zero support and there is no person to actually call or contact help please I’m lost.

Hello @Jody124
First, Public Mobile is a self serve service. There is no "contact number" to reach anyone. These forums are the first point of contact to get help from other customers like you. We, can share ways to reach out to customer service but we try to help you first before that.
In this case, this is super easy! Just download the app on the new iPhone 17. Then sign in, go to purchase a new eSIM and follow the instructions. As soon as you see your iPhone 11 go into SOS mode, the transfer is complete.
Good luck and enjoy the new iPhone!

With PM, when you change phone, you don't transfer the esim using the iPhone way. Instead, you simply buy a new one using the app
Download Public Mobile ap on the new phone and login. Then go to Account -> Purchase Sim card and choose eSIM and buy and install
if your last eSIM was bought 15+ days ago, it should be free
