Just echoing comments by other users. Here in NS - both my husband and I experiencing frequent disconnection from network, have to restart phone. What’s going on? Started yesterday.

Considering I depend on Hotspotting at home to watch TV or use my laptop for work, this is ZERO STARS, do not recommend territory.

I am also having an issue with data connection. Full service, can call and send SMS but no data connection. Sometimes it will trigger for a few minutes but then right back to no connection. Tried rebooting phone, resetting connection setting, nothing is working.

Im a student at UPEI in Charlottetown and have great service. It's just the last few days Public Mobile's data service has died

I did all of that. When I changed to LTE from 4 G it now works. However, there is no guarantee it will stay.
My husband's phone is also with PM, and his phone has an identical issue. I did all you suggested on his phone and it 'didn't' fix his issue - no data coverage.
Could it be the area we live in? We relocated several weeks ago to PEI>. Do you have decent coverage here? Could that be an issue??????

I'm having the same issues. Sometime rebooting has worked but now it's not. I also have done all the resets and tricks everywhere and nothing is working.

Seems like I'm not the only one experiencing this issue. Can someone please provide an answer/support to resolve the issue. No data service for a week or more.

Just recently (within the last week or so) started having issues with the data dropping off - no 5G, LTE or 3G, just shows the service bars. The phone needs to be restarted fully to get it back. Thought maybe it was a phone issue but another PM user I know has been having the same issue on their phone as well. Anyone else having this problem or find a way around it? Thanks!

We have 2 accounts with PM, both have been experiencing network problems this week. Is this a system wide problem? Able to reconnect after restarting phone or toggling airplane mode

From the exact same location, at times I have no data at all or it fluctuates between 5G and LTE and have even noticed 3G.
Since towers are shared, I’m wondering if all carriers would experience Data down at the same time? Could solar flares be possibly the reason?

Not regular occurrence, just an ongoing data issue this week. It will be fixed soon

For the past couple days now, both my husband and my phones data won't stay connected. It just randomly disconnects, not allowing RCS messages to send. It comes back temporarily if we restart our phones, or turn airplane mode on/off, but then disconnects quickly after we've put our phones away.
Is this a regular occurrence? I've done all of the trouble shooting recommended by public mobile and nothing is fixing the issue.
Any hints at what may be happening and how we could resolve this?

Both my and my wife's cell data connections stopped working, only restarting would restore to LTE and I'd get great speeds despite only being on a slower 4G plan. Something is definitely going on with the network.

Same here in NB - all 6 of us in our family. None of us could connect, and restarting our phone once worked for a couple of minutes. Very frustrating. Please tell me this won't keep happening.
