@KJM  - if performing a reset of the network settings on the device with the PM SIM card in the phone did not help, check the apn settings: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles?q=apn

 

If the phone is compatible, ensure you have the latest software installed. And if an LG perhaps you will require a Factory Reset of the device (backup any data first though).

Then definitely APN. Provide images of your settings and we can suggest what to change. Or go to the gishan canada reference to get them.

But also what make and model is the phone? Maybe there's a compatibility issue.

Can you switch it back just to see if it works on the previous phone again? What plan do you have? Is the data line still showing in your self serve?

What phone? iOS? Android? It's likely APN.

Did DATA work on your phone before switching?

Is data set to ON on another phone?

Did you try reboot or network reset?
