Hi,
My service stopped working with cellular displaying "An update is required to use cellular data on this iPhone." I have updated to iOS17 and cellular service still not working. Tried resetting network setting and same issue. The same issue existed when I first activated.
Also on Sat, I received a text message prompt saying that I have not signed up for Public Mobile Self service. Not sure if it is related.
Thanks and please help soon as I need my cell service for work urgently.

Yes, service is active on account. I have tried rebooting device. Hard reboot the device. Reset network setting. Tried all the mentioned. Thanks.

I am sorry to hear that you are encountering these issues. If you login to your account are you able to see that your account is active currently? If it is active, have you rebooted your device?
