before you ask PM support for help, maybe explain what you meant by Cell phone number not working
first, are you new subscriber? or it works earlier and stop working?
do you see the phone connected to PM network? or it shows SOS?
can you use Mobile data? can you make outbound calls?
or you can make outbound calls and just not able to receive inbound?
or you just have problem with text or iMessage or RCS?

@TWD123 Can you log into your account and confirm plan status is it active or suspended ? If suspended you need to make payment if active and not working try and reboot the phone first if still no luck check . Also try the SIM card in another phone to test if possible assuming it’s physical sim and you have another device to test with . If still no luck check
