How very annoying! I know that, in the past, I’ve been able to navigate ‘somewhere’ to see a breakdown of all my PM bonuses…the 2 GB of data we received multiple times for Christmas, the 2 GB of data we received for being patient while the website was being updated, plus the additional long distance minutes we received for…whatever reason. I have looked everywhere within my account and I can no longer find this breakdown. Was JJorden right…did we lose all that when PM switched to the new Rewards Program? If so, that hardly seems fair since, when issued, we were told they would never expire.
