Hi,

 Why did  I receive a text message so many times say " Our records show that your card has expired, to avoid losing service upon your next renewal, please adjust your payment details by logging into your public mobile account.. ?

@Vanessa...is the payment card you have on file, about to expire ? If so, you'll need to get updated payment credit card and update your account info....

@Vanessa is your card on the system expiring soon?

 

if not, just ignore, Unless you want to open ticket with PM to confirm

It's a glitch if you have confirmed your card expiry is fine. I have also gotten several of these lately. Funny when I had an expired card registered just for the Auto pay reward I never got a message. Now that the card doesn't expire for another 3 years I have gotten several....there are worse glitches to have occur?!!
