Cant use free holiday data

My main data is used up and it wont use free data giveaway. I just get sign in to public on phone screen top corner.

Check your account if you still have data or you used them all up incidentally.

Reboot your phone; use browser's incognito/private mode to check actual account starus.

@Ayumu89 did you ever see the holiday bonus data appear on your My Account?  It looks like you used up all your data including the bonus one

 

Login to My Account again using Incognito mode.  Check if the holiday data add-on there.  If not, it as been used. 

You can go to Usage history page and download the usage history.  Check using Excel to check the total data used since your current cycle start day.

@Ayumu89 , is it possible that you have consumed all available data including add-on data bonus?  Please login to your self server account using incognito mode on the browser and check.  Otherwise you should transition from plan data to add-on data transparently without intervention.
