Cant send or receive a call

Could not receive or call all day.  17h15 it work for few minutes.  Just enough time to read my recorded message sent this morning.  Then down again.  Could not receive your MSM for the code . Add to use email.

It may be related to Telus outage, Many customers have reported the same problem.

To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:

 

  1. Use the ticketing system for a faster response time. Click here and type Customer Support Agent, then select Contact Us, then select Other (or the topic that more closely matches your request).  Click the result which states Click here to submit a ticket and follow the prompts,  or, 
  2. Send a private message to the Customer Support Agent by clicking here  You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.

 

Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.

If you are using a physical Sim card, can you try the Sim card in another device to see if service works?

and to confirm, all services were previously, correct?

Alternatively, can you try another person Sim card in your device to see if all their services work?

did you just move to the service from another provider?

If so, did you reply yes to the port authorization text within 90 minutes with your old provider Sim card in your device?

Try rebooting your device and resetting network connections.

does texting work either way and what about your data?
