I log into my account, system wants to send 6 digit code to my cell thats lost for verification. System gives me no other options to receive the verification code, ie to my email

Then you will need to contact customer service agent unfortunately.  It will take a few hours to respond.

Do you see an option to click "didn't receive code"?  Then it should offer the option for email 2FA. See belowimage.pngimage.png

@Dee1968, very strange that you are not getting any option to have the 2fa sent by email. Your best option at this point will be to open a ticket through the Chatbot:
https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
(and then type: Customer Support Agent)
