I log into my account, system wants to send 6 digit code to my cell thats lost for verification. System gives me no other options to receive the verification code, ie to my email

I do not see this page. When I sign in, it asks to confirm by sending a code to cell, no other options available.

Do you see an option to click "didn't receive code"? Then it should offer the option for email 2FA. See below

@Dee1968, very strange that you are not getting any option to have the 2fa sent by email. Your best option at this point will be to open a ticket through the Chatbot:
