If you are using a physical Sim card, can you try the Sim card in another device to see if service works?
and to confirm, all services were previously, correct?
Alternatively, can you try another person Sim card in your device to see if all their services work?

did you just move to the service from another provider?
If so, did you reply yes to the port authorization text within 90 minutes with your old provider Sim card in your device?
Try rebooting your device and resetting network connections.
does texting work either way and what about your data?
