I've tried the login help options but am unable to change my username but only password as I can no longer remember it.

You cannot change your username as it is your email. If you want to change your email you have to contact agent.
At Community if you want new user name you will have to create new account and sync email from PM account and community if you care for rewards.
If you forgot your password, contact agent for assitance.

Your login name is your email address. If you need to change your email address you'll need to contact the CS agent.
You can contact an agent using the chatbot. Type "agent" and click contact us to go through the wizard.

If for some reason they don't respond to the ticket, you can try to send an email directly to the CS Agent here.
